Although the variety of programs offered at the College is wide, all programs aim to provide some or all of the following goals for the adult and non-English speaking students of the College.
- improved literacy and numeracy
- ability to re-enter education after an absence
- ability to set realistic goals and career pathways
- development of employability skills
- orientation into the Australian culture, values and systems for newly arrived migrants and refugees
- development of connections with the local and Australian community
- enhanced self worth
- providing opportunities for all

The agreement summarises the College's contribution to improving student learning at our site through a focus on learning targets based on DECS priorities and other areas of local significance that are critical to learners' achievements and well being.
The College's Strategic Plan defines priorities for the next three years.
